- Identity Crisis 1 - OL
3/6/2006
- Finally Home
Now the question is: can I be myself again?
- I LOVE WORLD CUP - 12 Jun, Australia VS Japan
We’ve got 3 Australian in the group so we all went cheering for the Aussie. As we all knew who would win (or we thought so), we had a side bet on the score - I went for 2:0, and the Hollander went for 1:0. What we bet on was a big bottle of Asahi, ha! We […]
- I LOVE WORLD CUP - 10 Jun, England VS Paraguay
This is Suzhou. We just had cheap local dinner on the street, where motorbikes and cars drove by our sides. We were on this tiny little motor taxi (imagine a tiny little motobike pulling a big box in the back), heading to the pub streets where we could watch the game. Then we rode by this huge plaza, […]
- I LOVE WORLD CUP - 9 Jun, Germany VS Costa Rica
I was wandering alone on a street near the Bund, trying to find my friends whom I supposed to meet an hour ago. It should be the place but they were not there. I could hear people roaring at pubs on every street and every households, cheering and sipping beer, while I was standing there on my own, […]
- Shanghai
through my eyes
- Shanghai Pride
I was in a supermarket shopping for shampoo. A lady was standing on the shampoo lane like a sales at Waston’s make-up counter. She kept showing the Biore body wash which was made in Shanghai. I pretended I dun understand Chinese and took the Dove. She was a bit upset, but didn’t give up. I moved my […]
- 3 weeks in Shanghai
Am in Shanghai right now. Dunno exactly why I can assess to my website provided that I’ve written all about the ‘unmentioned’ topics. I guess it’s some loopholes, anyway, will update from time to time, and hopefully, let you see Shanghai in my eyes.
